All dogs will be administered a temperament and aggression evaluation prior to accepting the client for training.  The purpose of the evaluation is to identify behaviors and have the owner realize the training program that will be designed for each dog. Dogs that express an escalated aggression towards people will not be accepted. Fees will apply accordingly.

Medical Requirements:

The following will be the medical record requirement to accept a dog into my care as signed by your veterinarian.

Current medical records of the dog and current vaccinations and fecal results

Current use of flea and tick protection

Proof of Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Bordetella

Dog must have a recent bath before I accept the dog

Mandatory Heartworm

Any known genetic diseases: heart murmur, orthopedic dysplasia of the hip or elbows, Thyroid must have full disclosure

Rabies:  Date given and expiration
